For many reasons, a patient may not be able to tolerate treatment in a traditional dental setting.  Dr. Ryan has privileges at Atlantic Health Care to provide treatment under general anesthesia. General anesthesia in a hospital setting is the safest possible environment. In addition to treating patients under general anesthesia for private practice, Dr. Ryan is responsible for educating the residents at Rutgers University in hospital dentistry.
